Veka Imagine Slim uPVC Bifold Doors

Imagine upvc bifold doors offer a cost-effective folding door solution whilst still providing slim sight lines when compared to many other upvc systems.

Manufactured using high quality VEKA ovolo sculptured profiles our Imagine bifold door provides slim sightlines and wide panels which make them a very popular choice for new build and renovation installations where cost is an important factor.

Our doors feature a choice of 3 thresholds with stainless steel rollers fitted to both top and bottom of sliding panels which ensures a smooth, easy opening and closing operation. For peace of mind hinge fixings and rollers are concealed when the door is closed with ERA high security shoot bolt and hook bolt locking systems fitted as standard.

Slim Sightlines with wider glass

Imagine UPVC bifold doors are available with panels of up to 1 metre wide allowing natural light to flood into the room.

This kitchen extension has a 4 panel Imagine door with anthracite grey foil on the outside and white inside with wide panels for maximum unspoilt views of the garden. The traffic door on the left and the next panel are fitted with chrome handles for easy operation of the high security locking system.

Threshold options

There are 3 track options to choose from including a low threshold, rebated threshold for exposed locations and a room divider threshold which is only 15mm high offering the perfect solution for doors installed between the house and conservatory.

Energy Efficient 1.3 U-value

Our standard glazing is clear 28mm Argon gas filled Planitherm toughened double glazing which provides an overall 1.3 U-value.

Upgrades to 40mm triple glazing are also available that will increase the thermal efficiency of the door to an overall 1.0 U-value if required.

Solar control and self-cleaning glass are available at additional cost.

Optional Integrated Blinds

Integral blinds are a popular option with folding doors as they provide privacy and controllable shade from direct sunlight.

Available in a range of colours our venetian integral blinds are cord free and are controlled by magnetic sliding blocks on each side of the glass to raise, lower and tilt the blinds.

Extended Colour Range

Veka Imagine upvc bifolding doors are available in standard white finish or a range of 30 different foiled wood grain finishes including traditional colours such as Rosewood and Light Oak, Green, Black, Anthracite Grey or white.

These superb wood grain finishes are available on the inside and outside of your door or you can specify a different colour on the inside making your door really bespoke to you. Note that some colours will require an extended lead time.

Bifold door installation options

Supply only

Veka Imagine upvc folding sliding doors are also suitable for do it yourself installation or can be fitted by your builder. They are supplied unglazed with glass sealed units separate so the door can be installed and then glazed using knock-in internal glazing beads. Full installation instructions are provided with every door.

Supply and fit

Our own supply and fit service covers many areas of the UK offering survey and installation of your new Imagine bifold door by experienced installers who will ensure that it is fitted and glazed correctly for your peace of mind. Our installation service is backed by a 10 year insurance backed warranty for your peace of mind.

Delivery

Delivery is free to mainland UK destinations excluding Scottish Highlands where an additional charge may apply. Note that you will need to provide assistance with offloading on the day of delivery.

Orders are normally delivered using 7.5 or 12 ton vehicles similar to the one shown here but depending on your location we do sometimes use larger articulated vehicles so please tell us if there are any restrictions locally that may prevent either type of vehicle reaching your location.

All doors are assembled in the factory where they are checked and tested before shipment. If your door is wider than 3 metres or higher than 2.2 metres it will normally be delivered as an assembly kit due to transport restrictions. Please note doors shipped fully assembled will require a minimum of two people on site to accept delivery and you should check that there are no restrictions for moving a fully assembled door from the point of delivery to the installation location.

Pricing

We offer a made to measure service for for bifold doors that are to replace an existing french or patio door.

For new build extensions we have a range of popular standard sizes that can save you up to 10% on the cost of made to measure doors. Just build the aperture to suit your chosen door. You can buy standard size Imagine upvc bifold doors in our online shop.

Please note that lead times are shown as a guide for supply only doors and may be subject to seasonal variation.

Payment Terms

All major credit and debit cards are accepted at no extra cost. A 50% deposit is required at time of order with the balance payable 5 days prior to your agreed delivery date.

Payments can also be made by bank transfer.
